Shipping Policies

We ship either UPS or United States Postal Service. Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to ship if item is in stock. Most all our items are made to order
​You will be contacted if item is back-ordered.

New Shipping Policy due to COVID-19
Shipping is taking longer than normal due to COVID-19. Please allow for more time for your item to be received.
​Please make sure to choose the option to include insurance on your item to cover your product in the event it is lost or stolen during shipping.
We strongly recommend shipping insurance on your items as Kathy's Show Equipment is not responsible for items lost in the shipping process.  
Insurance is not added unless selected on your item options.

Standard Shipping:
  • Standard ground shipping method
  • Up to 5-7 business days for delivery
  • Delivery by United States Postal Service or UPS
  • Insurance is not included in shipping, if you would like Insurance please see option under Online Store.
  • If you need your item sooner give us a call 
International Customers please note: 
Your package will ship USPS unless otherwise noted and there is an additional fee for UPS Shipping

Your order will be subject to import duties and taxes. International customers are responsible for all duties and/or taxes when your package arrives. Please check with the local authorities for more information.
Please allow 6 to 12 business days for delivery not including customs processing.

We need a phone number and e-mail address for ALL international orders, this will aid in prompt delivery

If you need your item sooner give us a call at ​760-726-9560 and we can ship 3-day, 2-day, or Overnight for an additional charge.
